We charge only 1 month of refundable security deposit. At move-out, you provide standard 30-day notice. A transparent itemized check is performed with you present, and your deposit is transferred directly to your bank account via UPI within 3 business days. Can I try living here for a few days before committing long-term?

Yes! Every new resident receives a 24-hour move-in trial. If the bed, food, or vibe doesn't match your expectations within your first 24 hours, you can walk away with a 100% full refund on your deposit and rent.

What are the food timings and can I request special meals?

Breakfast is served 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM, lunch 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, and dinner 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM. For residents working night shifts or with early office calls, meals can be packed or kept hot in the dining warming cabinets. You are a working professional or student, not a child. Tenly homes have 24/7 biometric key access, so there is no archaic lock-out curfew. Friends and family are welcome in the communal lounge during daytime hours. Overnight guests are permitted in single private suites with advance notice.
